4. Donations

Any images, videos, or other media generated using Zeebra-AI are created using proprietary and third-party AI technologies. You retain ownership of your inputs. For outputs:

• Paid users retain ownership of the generated outputs created during their active subscription.
• Free users grant Zeebra-AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and improve upon generated content to enhance the platform and train AI models.

Zeebra-AI owns all intellectual property rights in the platform, models, design, software, and infrastructure. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to replicate our technology without written consent.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

Zeebra-AI uses generative artificial intelligence models to produce content. Outputs may contain inaccuracies, bias, or material that appears realistic but is not factual. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and legality of any generated content before using it. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on generated outputs.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Zeebra-AI to create or distribute content that:
